With our 4-year BHM program, students will learn the nitty-gritty of the hospitality industry. Be it front office operations, F&B service, event management or customer relations. Academic Practices

This BHM program blends hospitality excellence with practical training in hotel operations, guest services, and culinary arts. Through live projects, industry internships, and a final capstone, you will build a strong professional portfolio that showcases your service and management style. Master the tools and techniques of the industry—from front office and housekeeping to food production, F&B service, and hospitality marketing—preparing you for dynamic careers in hotels, resorts, event management, cruise lines, and the global hospitality industry.

Students will effectively apply theoretical and practical knowledge gained across all core domains—food production, food and beverage service, front office, housekeeping, tourism, event management, and hospitality engineering—in real-time operations within a professional hospitality setting.

Students will demonstrate operational efficiency and managerial understanding of various hotel departments, including Rooms Division, F&B Operations, Facility Planning, and Sales & Marketing, enabling them to contribute meaningfully to daily workflows, team coordination, and guest satisfaction.

Leveraging their training in Business Communication and Conversational French, students will display professional verbal and non-verbal communication, intercultural sensitivity, and service etiquette required for dealing with diverse guests and internal stakeholders.

Students will exhibit the ability to identify problems, think critically, follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), and maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, nutrition, and legal compliance, while adhering to professional ethics and total quality management principles.

Equipped with an understanding of Organizational Behavior, Entrepreneurship Development, Event Management, and Hospitality Sales & Marketing, students will develop leadership potential, service innovation mindset, and the ability to contribute strategically to business operations or future entrepreneurial ventures in the hospitality and tourism industry.
