Students will apply practical skills in food and beverage service, F&B controls, and garde manger, showcasing the ability to operate within high-paced kitchen and restaurant environments while maintaining quality, timing, and guest satisfaction.

Students will be able to integrate principles of nutrition, food science, and food safety laws into day-to-day culinary operations, ensuring hygienic practices, legal compliance, and health-conscious menu planning.
