The B.Sc in Culinary Arts program is designed for those who are passionate about food, creativity and the culinary world. This 3-year B.Sc. in Culinary Arts program combines the art of cooking with the science of food and professional kitchen management. The duration of the degree course in Culinary Arts is 3 years.
